The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and simplistic but dated (especially the mattress), it does look as though they are slowly updating things one thing at a time. The A/C worked well. Limited T.V entertainment (2 channels),no access to platforms such as Netflix etc.

1 dos elevadores estava quebrado, o que não dava conta da demanda, ar condicionado parecia um trator, falei com a recepção e ninguém ajeitou.

Ficamos no quarto 807, o banheiro totalmente fora dos padrões de um banheiro convencional, não tinha local para colocar produtos de higiene e nem toalhas, não tinha tapete, a água empossava no Box. O chão do quarto estava bastante liso, possibilitando acidentes. Não houve troca de toalhas, tivemos que solicitar. Dos 2 elevadores, apenas um estava funcionando, gerando uma demanda e causando atrasos. O café da manhã estava bom, assim como o atendimento dos recepcionistas e dos manobristas. Não tivemos problemas com isso. O estado geral da edificação estava bem degradada.

O hotel fica bem localizado, porém, ficamos em um quarto que estava com vazamento no banheiro e estava com mau cheiro de esgoto ao dar descarga. O café da manhã é razoável. Não tem muitas opções. No mais, pelo preço, é um bom hotel.

Estrutura antiga. Quarta para duas pessoas com apenas um tomada escondida atrás da cama, precisei desligar o frigobar para carregar o celular. Só havia uma toalha, mesmo sendo quarto para duas pessoas. O piso estava úmido com uma testura de piso sujo. O corredor do segundo andar estava com um odor de ovo podre. Só tinha espelho no banheiro, apenas para ver o rosto. Não tinha mesa de cabeceira. A porta não abre com facilidade, precisa empurrar com força para abrir, como se tivesse emperrada. Os controles da TV e ar-condicionado estavam com pilhas sem bateria. A cama e o chuveiro eram bons, pelo menos.

ESTADIA TERRÍVEL!!!!

Terrível. Tive que trocar de quarto porque as condicoes estao precarias. Muito mofo no primeiro quarto, cheiro forte de naftalina, quarto sujo, banheiro também. Nao recomendo pra ninguem. Sem contar o café da manha que so consegui ir uma vez, pois estava muito baguncado, as comidas tudo remexidas, poucas opcoes. Decepcao total. O hotel está muito velho. Precisa de uma reforma geral. Ah, e quando troquei de quarto o chuveiro do banheiro estava queimado, tive que tomar banho frio e estava o tempo muito chuvoso e frio. NAO RECOMENDO!!!

Sobre a limpeza, os cantos das paredes eram sujos(cabelo, poeira), o banheiro estava limpo. O café da manhã era bonzinho(iogurtes, café, leite, chá, suco em pó, queijo, presunto, salsinha, pães, cuscuz, macaxeira, bolos, mamão, melão e melancia). O estacionamento é 25 reais a diária, não sei se é coberto pq meu carro molhou bastante dentro(choveu). Os funcionários super atenciosos, gostei bastante. A piscina era boa, grande. Tem a arrumação dos quartos, eles passam o pano no quarto, mas não varrem os cantos das paredes, incrível kkkkk

Localização boa, mais o hotel em si, não mim agradou, área da piscina desconfortável, no quarto não tinha toalha de rosto e não tinha pano de chão no banheiro, e o que deixou a desejar foi a falta de uma mesa com cadeiras. O que agradou foi o café da manhã que é excelente.
