The Staff went above and beyond to help me very very very early in the morning at check in. ( I wish I took down the gentlemen’s name) the property is clean, well appointed, right near the thruway, close to red bank town center! I would stay here again

The shower was horrifying. Standing water. A strange black streak on the curtain. The sheets did not fit the mattress, the room on sorely needed an update. We were a couple, but siblings were also staying here for family gathering. The other rooms were not any better, maybe worse. In one case, the HVAC system was fully disassembled with electrical wiring everywhere. In addition there was a youth hockey event, and a number of rooms were booked for the kids, but not in one area, all through the hotel. The kids were running through corridors screaming with no parental involvement, and setting up games in the hallways of every floor screaming at 7 in the morning. The hotel did nothing to construct a useful, separate or isolated area for this kind of activity.

No pillows!!

Went to front desk at 2:30 am first night of my stay. no1 was there . At 3:30 I used the app to ask for pillows as we had my 4 year old daughter sharing the bed with us. They said they have no pillows available. They don’t answer on the app for 1 hr before telling me this. It was then 4:30 am. There was also a wedding going on and people yelling in the hall ways until 5am. All on the first night of our stay

The bed was comfy

Comfortable bed. In room TV service fair I personally did not like the remote but I was only sleeping there, so not a big deal. Big deal was no in room UBS electrical connection ports. So as I had the cable, I didn’t has a charging brick, so I couldn’t charge my phone overnight. A little thing but annoying.
