Great, convenient location. Terrific , friendly staff. Comfortable beds. However, maintenance is lacking. Our bathroom tub was dirty and damaged. Needs to be replaced. Door to room was damaged and needs to be replaced.

Very close to Redbank and convenient to the parkway. Price was excellent considering the season and the property was well maintained. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. 2 suggestions; 1. Have regular milk or creamer with the morning coffee station not just flavored and sweetened and 2. An Ice machine would be great. Overall good value.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short drive from the PNC Bank Arts Center (we were in town for a concert) and the Parkway. Room had a kitchen area and coffee maker was available upon request. Breakfast was grab and go and staff was very professional and responsive.

Staff was extremely helpful upon check-in. Room was spacious, clean, cool (key when visiting during a heatwave) and quiet (despite numerous thunderstorms and close proximity to the highway). The only negative is there is no covered entrance for unloading or loading during inclimate weather (especially useful for a disabled traveler such as myself).

This was hands down the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The slime factor was high. Dirt in the bed. Dirt on the floor. Grime in the common spaces. And walls that were paper thin and fixtures all beat up and broken. And the price was jacked up because of a nearby music festival. Just awful. Would have been better sleeping in my car. On the plus side they had nice staff.

We paid extra for the kitchenette room, so we were a bit surprised to find the cabinets and drawers completely empty when we arrived. There was information in the room indicating that the front desk could provide kitchen supplies and utensils, but it took some time for them to locate everything we needed. Fortunately, we were able to get the items later, and everything worked out. Aside from that, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.
