"Had a great weekend with friends! Lovely, well-equipped house with a great balcony, in a cute new community being built in the Sunshine Valley. Great views of the surrounding mountains, some simple trails for walking the dog nearby, and comfortable, spacious living quarters. Comfy beds, big kitchen, lots of space to sit and chill!"

"This place is so great for families. Our stay was awesome. Between two families our kids ranged from 3 months to 9 years old. There is so much space, a little yard, great deck and the proximity to the lake can’t be beat. We really enjoyed our stay. The house has everything you would need and is well stocked for paper towel, TP, coffee pods etc. May need to make this an annual “framily” trip. "
"What an amazing experience. We had an unbelivable time and it was perfectly located. Far enough that it felt rural but close enough that we could drive out to Mountainview Brewing Co. The views are unmatched and the place was cozy and perfect. Everything was available to us and the hosts were impeccable. Every response was prompt and they answered every question we had. Will 110% stay here again and even check out other properties they may manage. Unreal wish I could give over 5 stars."

"We stayed at this stunning property over 3 days in early July 2025. It was a perfect location to escape the us July 4th fireworks. We did day trips to Harrison Hot springs, Hope and to lightning lake. All very easy with this central location. Everything in the house was as described and we enjoyed the sauna with the amazing view, and all of the outdoor living on the great decks. Only tiny area for improvement would be to update the instructions for the gate. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Thank you. "
