" Classy English style property with nice restaurants close by"

"The location was gorgeous, and the food at the restaurant tasty. However, our deluxe king room had so much dust that my husband, who is allergic, had to buy an antihistamine to get through our stay. The radiators were also hard to figure out and covered in dust."

"You could hear outside and laundry noise middle of night. Heat pump main power was switched off from outside. Property was good but it was not peaceful to sleep."

"St Arnaud is a lovely location and the property is also conveniently located. The property is comfortable enough but is neither fish nor fowl. It is better than a basic kiwi bach but not really up to the standard of a holiday home. It seems a bit expensive for what it is - I found the dirty windows, cobwebs and threadbare carpet a bit too rustic. The house needs some maintenance. "
