"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful vacation rental on Toledo Bend Lake! The location was absolutely gorgeous, right on the water, and the peaceful views made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.The rental was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and the price was fantastic for everything we received. You simply can’t beat waking up and being right on the lake!We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place on Toledo Bend at a great price, we highly recommend this rental!"

"The property was even more beautiful than the listing. It really gave us the “cabin camping” experience we were looking for. Bonus points for allowing our sweet fur family members to tag along. It had a homey feel and a peaceful environment for the perfect family weekend getaway. We will definitely be coming back!"

"We had a few hiccups in the beginning, keypad to get in had issues, we started grilling but the propane bottle was left on from previous guests and we had an empty propane bottle, but everything was addressed quickly with the hosts and taken care of immediately. We ended up having a very relaxing weekend with the family with gorgeous views of the lake."

"Very clean rooms the host was the host with the most i will rent again great house and great swimming area off the dock. So I called the host on Wednesday so I could book one more day and he made it happen. We helped the cleaning lady by washing the towels and blankets and mopped the floor for them I can not say enough good things about this property great docks,great swimming area,very quiet area we even left them our floats for the next people great screen in porch with a big fan and one on the lower patio and a great fire pit so please go stay bc I know I will again"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Cooper Family Lake House in Milam, TX. The property is well cared for, the location is beautiful, and the setting feels peaceful and tucked away at the end of a quiet finger of the lake.The huge trees around the property are gorgeous, and we really enjoyed the lake views and wildlife. We did not see any alligators, but we did see a turtle and tons of fish. This is an especially great spot for fishing, and the property is set up so well for that to be the focus of your stay while still leaving plenty of room to relax and enjoy the lake. There are also two outdoor tables, including a picnic table, as well as a firepit, which made the outdoor space even more inviting.We also appreciated that pets are welcome and were glad to bring our girl with us. For other pet owners, it is helpful to know the property is not fenced, so your pet will need good recall or should stay on a leash.Overall, this is a peaceful, scenic, and well-tended lake house that is perfect for a fishing getaway or a relaxing stay by the water. We would happily recommend it."
