Welcome to Megvy, a charming three-bedroom oceanfront beach house perched on a secluded one-acre lot, offering uninterrupted, panoramic views of endless white sand beaches, rolling dunes, and the shimmering Atlantic.



From sunrise to sunset, nature surrounds you. Whether it’s fishing boats gliding by, or the calls of seabirds drifting on the sea breeze—you’ll witness it all from the comfort of the deck, living room, dining room, or even while preparing meals in the kitchen. With your own private stairway leading directly to a quiet stretch of beach, this is a front-row seat to one of PEI’s most breathtaking natural landscapes.



This two-story cottage features an open-concept design with soaring cathedral ceilings and inviting coastal décor. The main level includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional rooms: one with a double bed, and another that has been thoughtfully converted into a cozy sitting/TV room, featuring a small lounge area—perfect for movie nights, quiet reading, or extra space to relax. A second hal- bathroom on this floor includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.



For guests seeking a truly unique experience, the property also includes a detached gazebo with a queen-size bed—a tranquil sleeping option where you can fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake to soft ocean breezes. Nestled among trees and just steps from the cottage, the gazebo offers a peaceful and private retreat surrounded by nature.



On cooler evenings, gather in the main living room, browse the shelves of the cottage library, or simply watch the waves roll in through large windows framing the sea. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the amenities of home, while patio doors lead out to an oceanfront deck—ideal for dining outdoors, sunbathing, or stargazing under open skies.



An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available, perfect for rinsing off after the beach.

This place has an amazing view! The cottage is super cozy. I think it’d be a good idea to mention the number of stairs to the beach in the listing. Some renters might have mobility issues, and that could be a bit of a turn-off.
