There was a little confusion about billing for an upgrade but Crystal was very friendly and professional; she helped to resolve the problem as quickly as she could with Mike (the manager, who is also friendly and cares about your satisfaction). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The property and room were very clean and offered great amenities."

"Place was clean n conveniently located but very small, sleeps 6 comfortably but not if u plan to hang out or cook there , kitchen is small grill was too dirty to cook n no counter space n not much place to sit n relax, perfect if u don’t plan on being there much, beds are cozy house was clean n overall a good place to stay but not with a large group we had 4 adult n 2 kids"

"Room was clean. Shower was awesome! Furnishings and accessories are modern spartan, not accommodating longer duration stays. Under renovation construction at the time of this entry. Person in floor above was walking around a lot and noise carried through. Kept us up passed midnight. Could hear everyone come and go up the straits and along the walkway."

"Great family vacation! Beautiful views from all the windows. The kids loved the loft beds. All cookware we needed for cooking meals was there. Short walk to grocery store, coffee shop and stores. Host was very kind and quick to answer questions. Only downside was issues with water heater not working for 2 days. Bring your quarters for the washer/dryer! "

"We had such a great stay here. The place is updated, very clean, and comfortable, but what really stood out was how well we all slept. I honestly don’t sleep that good anywhere besides my own home, and every one of us said the same about the beds. We’re all hot-natured, so the extra fans were a big plus.The host was fantastic with communication. Quick, easy, and helpful the whole time.The location is hard to beat. Being right next to the Platinum Chair made skiing so convenient, and we could walk everywhere in town. Having Wild Bill’s and Der Markt right at the end of the street was a huge bonus. We barely used our vehicles.The kitchen had everything we needed, and we loved the extra touches like the Keurig combo and ice maker.No complaints at all. We would absolutely stay here again."
