"We enjoyed the easy check in. We had time to relax by the pool. A few used towels lying around and none for us but laundry was very helpful. We then went for drinks at the bar and met with family. Staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk to. Room was very nice and clean."

"My reasoning for giving this Hotel a 4 overall is because the AC was broken. Maintenance was sent to fix it but the AC went out again. I couldn't get moved to another room because they were fully booked. I did get compensated for my for the inconvenience when I checked out."

"My grandson loved the pool. We did have a leak near the air-conditioner which soaked the carpet right in front of the bathroom. We noticed it Sat night. We checked out on Sunday and notified the hotel. Location was great right next to the South Park Mall Macy's entrance. Nice being able to walk and not have to move the car."
