Wonderful property, nice and helpful staffs. Mattresses could be updated but still good for a night’s sleep. Close to freeway but quiet and cozy. Definitely a recommendation.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen area was great. The breakfast was good. The restaurant and ice cream shop on the corner were great. There were just a couple drawbacks - there’s not a specified pet area, there’s no sign easily seen from the road (so I drove past it at first), and there should be information posted about what materials are actually acceptable in the Recycle bins.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. There is a delicious deli nearby that you can walk to. The staff was very friendly upon arrival, and attentive to our requests and needs. Check in and check out we’re both very quick and smooth. I will stay here again!

I traveled with my two children to Sunriver and we stopped in Redding. My children were very excited to find a small kitchenette in our room. They were able to use the pool (it was 108 degrees Fahrenheit outside—it was impossible not to go in). The entire staff was very friendly, and everything was very clean and accessible. We’ll stay here again if we return to Redding.

My 3 day stay was comfortable. This is my second time staying at this property in Redding. The suites are spacious and clean My only personal gripe is the light motion detector in the bathroom. They have a nightlight. They really don’t need a motion detector light in the bathroom when you get up in the middle of the night to do your business. It’s so bright you need sunglasses.
