"We really enjoyed our stay at IP in Biloxi 3/9/26! It was clean, staff was friendly and was a good resort all the way around. Room was good and bed better than a few places I’ve stated. Casino was fun. My only negative point was most slots seemed to be .75 or .88 a pull. I like around.30 or .40 a pull. I’ll definitely head back there again. "

"My wife and I arrived around 2 pm our check in time was 4 pm we checked in at the front desk just to see if by chance our room was ready and it wasn’t but we were told it should be ready soon and the front desk would call before 4 pm we never got the cal so we went to the front desk around 4 and it was a different person there and when asked about the phone call the young lady said they must of forgot… then the young lady said oh you hav an ocean view room we said great but we didn’t ask for one.. we get to the room and saw nothing but a wall looking back at us… we weren’t asking for a room with an ocean view but if the front desk people don’t know what type of room they are giving to a guest then maybe they shouldn’t tell a customer what type of room they are getting.. then I ordered a meal of chicken nachos and I have to be honest it was one of the worst meals I have ever had.. and after 20 years in the army that’s saying something.. and lastly I don’t normally complain about gambling bit between my wife and I we lost over 1000$ and our biggest win was under 60$… now I am not saying we should win every jackpot on every spin but we both were a little perplexed about that.. and yes we have stayed at other hard rock establishments before and never had an issue before "

"Bella is a great place to stay. It has a few more spots that need some attention. Scratched up hallway walls and some beautiful wallpaper that’s been scratched. But it’s very kitschy and very fun. The bakery breakfast lunch place downstairs is to die for. Best croissants I’ve had in a very long time. It makes this mushroom and omelette. It’s got a great name, but I can’t remember it to die for all in all. It’s a great place to stay a little away from the casinos. That suits me. Close enough to the beach to get in a little walk. I recommend it. "

"Computers were down and we couldn't check in. Had to change clothes in the lobby bathrooms and cancelled the reservation as we had to leave to go to the concert that we came there for. Very disappointing that a corporation as big as Hilton, doesn't have a backup plan in place for such a situation as that."
