The welcome by the staff on Sunday was brilliant. Very relaxed. Dealt with my ground floor room requirement without a fuss. I'll be staying again when working in the area. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.
Really good cheaper accomodation for overnight stay for work. Good size room with bathroom, tea and coffee facilities, TV, WiFi, parking outside rooms.
For the price of the hotel room it was far better than i thought it would be have been in other hotels who charge twice the amount and dont match this hotel.staff are great any problems they are right on it straight away to make sure all is ok

The rooms are very spacious, the girl on front desk was lovely, polite and helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and one I’d recommend to anyone.
I was greeted by nice friendly staff very polite.
My room was big and the double bed was very comfortable shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water the price was very good if in the area again I would definitely stay again.
If I had one thing to moan about the outside and carpark were very untidy.

The room door would not open all the way and the bathroom door would not close. They need a grab bar at the end of the tub to reduce the risk of injury when getting out of the shower (tub had high sides and the bottom was a few inches higher than the floor). Curtains would have been a nice addition given that the blinds did not provide full privacy from the people who i could see walking past my window. A bin in the bathroom would have been nice as would some kind of doormat so i didnt track in muck from outside. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good.

Good stay after an intial mix up with the room. Room was clean and tidy but had a slightly strange smell. Bathroom was good.
The Staff were very helpful and welcoming.
That made a big difference.

Fair accommodation for the price. Bed was comfy enough and had a good nights sleep. Just could do with a good clean outside car park etc rubbish all around. But for the price I would stay here for a business trip.
The room looked freshly decorated and was up to a good standard. The staff were pleasant. Outside could probably do with a facelift but was OK. The walls in the room were not really thick enough so could hear next doors residents. Overall a very good night there.

Fair for price but needs improvement
Last minute booking -
Check in & parking fine.
Bed itself relatively comfy.
Blinds broken meaning people can look into room, this needs sorting asap. The minimum you should expect is privacy.
Shabby, dated with stains on the walls and bath. No facilities, very noisy, thin walls.

Good for a break with a dog
We spent 3 nights here for a weekend break with a small dog. The rooms are basic and a bit run down in places like the bathroom. But we had a comfortable stay and it was ideal for what we needed and we had a lovely time. The rooms are “motel style” with separate doors to the outside, so perfect for taking our pooch outside when needed and we experienced less noise that could disturb our 4 legged companion, than a classic hotel corridor with other guests coming and going. Check in was very friendly and the guy on reception was really helpful and wanted to ensure we had a nice stay. Easy reach to Stratford Upon Avon and Arrow Valley Country Park. Plenty of dog friendly pub options not too far away too. If we were looking for another doggie holiday, we would certainly stay here again.

Tired, but OK for the price
This hotel is very tired and needs refurbishing. My room was not well loved (scratches over the desk, one bedside light didn't work, wardrobe had a random brush and picture in it). The ashtray outside the room was full, and other guests wandered the corridor outside smoking which wafted into the room on occasion. Nevertheless, the room itself was clean as was the bathroom, the carpet in a good state, the bed linen clean. Customer service follow up was polite. Lack of other facilities (E. G. Restaurant, or indeed, anything at all) doesn't help. For the price, it did the job.
