    The Space:

    Bring the whole gang to this spacious townhouse that's well-equipped to handle everyone in comfort. Find a fully appointed kitchen, a dining room that seats 10, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and patio access. New TVs and high-speed WiFi were recently added as well. At night, there's a large primary suite with a new bed on the main level, and two bedrooms and a loft upstairs.



    Your reservation includes access to all of the amenities of Eagle Crest Resort: three golf courses, tennis courts, three pools (including an indoor pool), an exercise room, indoor and outdoor pickleball courts, equestrian facilities, and biking and hiking trails just outside your door. This home is conveniently located near one of the pools and splash park, the equestrian center, and the tennis courts.

Eagle crest townhouse

The house was very clean and orderly much as described online. The lock for the sliding glass door off the living room did not readily work so you had to work at it for the lock to work. There should be a dowel to put in place until it is repaired. Other than that it is a great place to stay!

The townhouse was spacious and in a good location, close to a pool and fitness center. However, there were cleanliness and maintenance issues with this unit. The old shag carpet was dirty with visible pet stains and clearly needed to be replaced. The bedroom with the queen bed upstairs had a huge urine stain on the bed skirt and the room smelled heavily of urine. Contacted Vacasa and was told someone from the local team would follow-up although no one did. We also found mouse droppings under the kitchen sink and a large ant colony living under the front steps to the house. A definite safety issue was that one of the bunk bed ladders was missing a bracket to hold it to the bed, yet the ladder was placed against the bunk so you didn’t know it was broken until you started to climb it, which the kids did. Vacasa did contact us back on that one, but we told them we weren’t planning to use the upper bunk, so they didn’t come and fix it. Had a fun time with family despite issues, but would not rent again.

Great Weekend Getaway

The house was so spacious and clean. Great amenities provided and very comfortable for a large group. The neighborhood has really pretty walking trails and views of the mountains on a clear day. Located a bit outside of town, but would definitely stay again!
