"I got locked in the bathroom by pool. Family called someone who came and couldn’t find key. He was extremely rude and told my family to call 911. He rudely stated this is NOT his hotel. My family pushed on the door as I pulled, the lock turned, and I was then able to come out. Your cleaning staff was amazing."
