The Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, and the included breakfast was great as well(free coffee and fruit downstairs too). It is a very good option less than 30 min outside of State College and you are close to a Rutters and some place to grab food.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Floors / carpets were not cleaned, found medication, change and food crumbs on carpet. Towels that were on tile Floor wiped up black dirt. Spiders with webs are in the corners of the window. I was sick and had no choice while traveling but to stay a few days to try and rest. Otherwise I might have moved to another hotel. Ice machine was leaking all over the floor for days, hotel towels were piled all around the machine. It was quiet during my stay which was nice. Hot water and decent shower, but tub had several appts of damage and not very clean.

Love that place, Amish, big valley antiques and nearby speedway which perfect for us to sleep. Nice bed, very good smell soap, shampoo and lotion. Breakfast was okay, I'm hoping for waffle but pancake. Still good foods anyway. Definitely will come back again. Thanks!!

This is a newish establishment so everything looks fresh. The location is safe and convenient. It's directly across a Rutter's and within walking distance to a Dairy Queen. Plenty of parking and breakfast area is right in the lobby. Easy, clean, nice staff, can't ask for more. Oh, the hair dryer was not working but we didn't bother to ask for a new one.
