Relax with the whole family at this serene waterfront getaway. Boating, fishing, swimming, and just hanging out. This place has it all! Catch fish and crabs off the dock. Take a trip to Main St Reedville for great food with a view. Checkout one or all of the wineries and breweries. You can charter fishing trips or sightseeing cruise to Tangier Island. Vir-Mar beach is close by with public access so pack your beach chair and your sand toys!
The space:

Primary bedroom 2 queen beds and bathroom.
Second room 1 queen bed.
Third room 1 full bed.
TV in the main rooms.
Large open kitchen and family room.
Private outdoor shower (with hot and cold water) and personal dock.

The house is on the water with a beautiful view.
The area is great for bike rides and walks with the family.
Plenty of private parking in the front.
On the back patio there is seating and a gas grill for outdoor meals on the water.
Man Cave/Boathouse has a beautiful stained-glass window, live edge bar, residential refrigerator, ice maker, and A/C.
You can catch fish and crabs right off the dock!
Fishing poles provided and there is a fish light for night fishing.

Pets: Pets are welcome! We allow dogs and cats. No breed or weight restrictions. We are pet friendly but only allow pets that are HOUSE BROKEN. Please do not bring your pet if they have not been house trained. This may cause you to incur extra fees for cleaning and/or damage. Please keep your pets on a leash when outside the home or fenced in area.

Please note that this is salt water and all waterfront homes in this area, up and down the Coast, will see jellyfish during the summer. The Chesapeake Bay experiences jellyfish from the months of June-August. There is no way to predict how many will be there. Some weeks you will see very few and some more. This can vary depending on the tides, weather, etc.

Before you arrive you will also be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
To finalize your reservation, all guests are required to complete a short registration and electronically sign a rental agreement after booking. A secure link will be provided via our property management system, hospitable. This helps us maintain a safe and seamless experience for everyone.
