Very nice place in a very ‘happening’ part of Roma Norte. The room was very nice and relaxing, excellent bathroom and the deck opened everything up. The restaurant on the ground floor is very popular, always filled up with what I would call a ‘smart’ set of patrons. There’s a small bar/restaurant on the top floor also, very popular. I was there for two weeks, was very comfortable and always felt safe. When I return to Mexico City I’ll stay here.

Stayed here for the dia de Los muertos this weekend and I must say first time at a Sheraton hotel. The experience and staff went above and beyond my expectations. I did arrive 6am in the morning and my check in wasn't available until 3pm. However, I was able to check my luggage in and go explore for a bit and have breakfast. Clean, comfortable and well located. Staff is pleasant. However, I was a bit uncomfortable about carrying my passport with me around Mexico city since we arrived before check-in time 3:00pm. The female receptionist stated that check in was at 3:00. She offered to storage our luggage, but I could not leave my passport and wallet unprotected. When we finally checked in around 9:00 pm second receptionist was quité pleasant!
