"Changed my room to a smaller one at check in due to a large group checking in, I didn't appreciate that. Phone line was cut had to use my cellphone to call the front desk for fresh towels and then was told I had to walk to the front desk to get it."

"The bedding was Nelly and not clean. It was also put backwards. N ok WiFi, TV didn’t work couldn’t see any other channels. Carpet is so dirty that it left black marks on my feet. Smell of the hallway was distinct also the second night there was a huge group and they were very noisy at 11:29 till 12 am. And in the morning the were noisy again waking each others. Overall I don’t think I’ll choose Marriott again."
