L’hotel è in pieno centro le camere datate ma pulite un po’ piccole con materassi a molle stile anni 80 ma per fare 1 notte è più che onesto La colazione è un po’ scarsa

Un esperienza devastante pensateci bene

Avevo prenotato x tre notti ,appena metto.piede mi accorgo dello sporco visivo dormo la prima notte scendo a far colazione non si puo raccontare si deve viverla l'esperienza eravamo quattro persone uno di questi non sapeva se poteva prendere il cornetto contati dalle macchinette scendeva acqua sporca sono stata male .nel pomeriggio ritorniamo in hotel entro la camera non era stata rifatta ,mi viene detto che la camera avendo pagato poco veniva rifatta ogni due giorni li non ci ho piu visto chiamo espedia il sito dove ho prenotato mi da un buono di 25 € x il disagio non vi dico appena apro il balcone ,escrementi sul balcone gente un delirio siamo andati via dopo una sola notte valutate prima di andare in questo posto meglio dormire in macchina Claudio e valentina testimonianze da incubo

Établissement surprenant.... un potentiel énorme qui semble un peu laissé à l’abandon. Toutefois le rapport qualité prix est imbattable pour une nuit étape comme nous l’avons faite. Le plus, il y a un restaurant topissime à 50 mètres pour le dîner.

ascensore rotto, gia salendo le scale ci siamo imbattutti in un polverone sui tabbetti delle scale, arrivati in stanza niente climatizzatore (descrizione camere con clima) polvere dappertutto, sotto il letto c era di tutto, doccia senza tenda quindi si allagava il bagno, una saponetta di sapone e basta,per non parlare della colazione, tazzine messe una sull altra chissa da quanto e ops ne prendo una e lo sporco anche qui, allora decido di andarmela a far fuori. han cambiato gestione, nonostante il ragazzo che c e l ha adesso sia simpatico credo che pero gestire un albergo in quel modo sia terrible. per fortuna ho fatto solo ujna notte

Diciamoci la verità

In realtà non è disponibile alcun parcheggio gratuito (intorno alla struttura si trovano solo parcometri pubblici). Inoltre avevamo bisogno della culla bambino ma, non avendo ricevuto riscontro alla mia esplicita richiesta in fase di prenotazione, chiamando la struttura per telefono ci è stato detto che non hanno alcuna culla o lettino: per compensare la lacuna ci è stata offerta una camera tripla, con letto regolare (senza alcun sovrapprezzo). Purtroppo al primo tentativo ci è stata data una stanza "non pronta" (e senza televisore), ma hanno subito rimediato con altra stanza più ampia (con televisore... ma senza telecomando). Se avessi saputo prima la verità, quantomeno avrei scritto una recensione migliore :)

Not impressed at all with the stay. Firstly. When i called to find out the best way to arrive at the hotel and the staff did not even know. We arrived at the hotel to find the room was in a state. Stains on the bathtub, tissues inside the wardrobe and dust under the bed. We were then told after the first night that should we wish to stay late in Florence, there would be a “24-hour” taxi service to bring us back to the hotel. We received the card for the taxi company to find out the last taxi to Reggello was at 9.30pm which had left us stranded and having to make a 2hr30m walk up a hill (with no lighting) at night. After calling the hotel to see if we could arrange a lift back, we were simply told “no”. Very dissappointed with the hotel and would not recommend to anyone and in all honesty, after the state of the room (assuming the others were the same) this place will not be open much longer! So bad we cut our stay short one night and were more than happy to extend our stay in Venice which was our next point of call, even though it cost more than a standard night here!
