Built in 2015, this new clean, 1200 square foot bottom duplex has everything you need including its own private entrance, laundry, heating, central air, complete kitchen and WIFI. Unit is wheel chair accessible. Parking available.

This was a really nice, clean space. It was close to rhe venue and close to grocery and other amenities. It was well equipped and very comfortable.In the beginning it was rather noisy but when I mentioned it to the person in chatge of the property, she addressed it immediately. The only negative was the lack of water pressure.I would most definitely rent this property again.
