The layout of the room was great and the bed was very comfortable! Location was very convenient. Unfortunately, we could tell immediately when we walked in to the room that it smelled strongly of damp mildew. It seemed to be coming from the carpets in the bedroom, because the bathroom didn’t smell. The bottom of the shower was fairly dirty as well. But, otherwise our stay was fine!

The hotel was great for a quick getaway. I was pleased with how accessible it was to all nearby attractions both in Rehoboth Beach, DE and its neighboring beach towns and Ocean City, MD. The room was very spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and air conditioning was a plus. Definitely no complaints. Will definitely keep this for future trips.

Keep in mind that, in addition to the daily rate, you’ll have to pay U$15 per day for parking. If you stay many days, you have to let them know if you want your room cleaned; otherwise, they won’t do it, and you’ll end up without clean towels. I’d like to highlight the work of the gentleman who serves breakfast—he quickly prepares the waffles and brings them to the table. The breakfast is pretty good."

On our arrival we were given a room in the second floor. This room was located just on top of the indoor swimming pool and it was full of mold and the smell was unbearable. Thanks God they accommodated our request and moved us to another room. The staff are OK. The star staff is the guy in the breakfast room who is nice, polite and extremely helpful especially with families with kids.

Overall the cleanliness was questionable. Pool was foggy. Tub was clogged when we got there and dirty towels were left in the bathroom. Ice machine and vending machines were broken and a candy bar from the market was $3. You have to pay $15 for parking, but you literally just park in a regular parking lot and it felt like a weird up-charge. On Sunday the breakfast person was MIA (the weekday breakfast man was awesome though!!) Front desk staff was helpful and addressed concerns quickly. But you definitely get what you pay for here.
