OVERVIEW: This ideally located split-level condo offers an open-concept floor plan featuring a kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood flooring. Relax on your tranquil balcony after a long day at the beach and the boardwalk after a day. Assigned off-street parking allows you to avoid in-town parking challenges so that you do not have to move your car until you're ready to leave town. All you need in a low-maintenance, turn-key condo at the beach!
LOCATION: Walk to everything Rehoboth Beach offers from this charming downtown condo in The Gull. Just one short block off Rehoboth Avenue.
PARKING: Assigned parking for one car- community permit required.Height restriction of 6'- no large SUVs or Vans.
AMENITIES: Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, central AC, dishwasher, four-person dining, and balcony.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. if you cancel your reservation. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. The condo is on the fourth level with no elevator. The private washer and dryer are located in the hallway. No pets and no smoking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. Great accommodations & location!

This condo was perfect for our little family of 3 and the kitchen, though small, was surprisingly well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and water-pressure was quite good for being an older third floor walk-up unit. The location is perfect walking distance to all the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk attractions and restaurants and the included parking pass came in handy when we chose to go to a lesser crowded beach on the southern end of Rehoboth. I solidly recommend it and we plan to return! Also - need to add that we had a glitch with the television which was a potential disaster with a YouTube habituated 10yr old in tow. Remax flew into action and we had a brand new tv in place first thing the following morning. Very impressive and appreciated!

Great location

Property is accurately described on the website and met all our expectations. Good location and amenities. I wish the listing noted that parking passes were included since we had purchased our own before check-in since our car doesn't fit the parking space.

Met Our Needs

Cute place. My adult daughters, my husband and I had enough space to spread out. Clean. Excellent location. The twin beds, however, are not adult-sized twin beds and one daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. The room air conditioners are a bit loud when switching on and off. We could not figure out where to dispose of the trash at the end of our stay.

Nice little place

This is a nice place for a family of four. You are close to all the restaurants, shops, and beach. The beach is a fifteen to twenty minute walk. It was nice to have a parking pass to park in the residential areas of Rehoboth to take chairs, towels, etc. The people working in the Remax office that manages the property were super friendly and helpful. We didn’t have trash bags for the trash can and one of the employees gave us some to help out. Do read the fine print on the rental agreement. You will have to bring your own linens or rent them. The building could use some upgrades like keyless entry. The dehumidifier and the heat in the bathroom were also puzzling. Also, there is only a Krupps coffee maker. So note that you will not be able to make coffee unless you bring pods. Aside from these issues, the place is great and good value. We enjoyed our stay!

Good for a long weekend at the beach

Good location- a little bit of a walk to the beach but worth it for the price. Parking was easy and convenient. The twin mattresses were both very firm. Be sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper, soap, linens (unless you want to rent them), etc. because these were not provided. I would suggest reading the listing, rental agreement, and any other correspondence very carefully so you’re aware of what is/isn’t provided and come prepared. I had a good customer service with RE/MAX both via email and phone, and they were able to answer my questions promptly. Overall it was a good stay for a beach weekend with friends and we would book it again.

This was a HS graduation gift for my son. He loved the location. It was convenient and safe. He took his car so the fact we had an extra parking pass was great.
