The space:

Completely renovated in 2021, this adorable, spacious (624 sq ft) AND accessible studio cottage feels like it's been here forever. A partition wall separates the bedroom from the living area, affording some privacy and space.

The living room features vaulted ceilings, an indoor/outdoor fireplace, kitchenette (no stove but there is a toaster oven/air fryer and hot plate with necessary items for making simple meals), dry bar and a 55" Smart TV. Many of the furnishings are from West Elm and much of the art was made locally. After a long day at the beach you can relax on the large covered porch and fire up the gas grill for a casual meal.

Conveniently located - just a short drive to downtown Rehoboth or Lewes, all the beaches (approx. 4 miles+/-), a ton of great restaurants, tax-free shopping, the gorgeous Breakwater Bike trail and everything else this lovely coastal region has to offer. I'm here to make your stay easy and effortless. Need something or have a question? I'll do my best to provide, answer or point you in the right direction.

We love animals! Pet friendly for friendly and well-behaved pets (dogs only). DOG SITTING/WALKING SERVICES NOW AVAILABLE (subject to availability). If interested, let me know and I will provide you with more information.

Fire pit area is communal/shared space. Outside shower is private for your use only.
