Excellent location

Excellent location with great on site parking. Breakfast was lovely sat overlooking the Cathedral outdoors. Staff very helpful and friendly.rooms large and luxurious.

Brain new hotel in a complex with other newly built residential condos with a park in the area. Well located with easy access to the highway, tram lines to most important places like downtown, gare of reims and gare of champagne ardenne. Less than 10 min walk to downtown shops and restaurants and cathedral area.

Staff were very friendly and there was plenty of space in a secure car park on site. Guests should be aware that the restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday and Monday evenings.

Well the building is brand new and brilliant. Rooms were very comfortable and the bar / restaurant being on the 9th floor overlooking the city was great. I'd definitely stay here again

Ibas on business trip in the Champagne area for 5 days. Had with my family with me. Nice hotel brand new fantastic with parking in the basement, quite ok breakfast AC did not work in the room ,that was the only minus otherwise recommended

I wish I could give higher stars. The front desk, breakfast staff, cleaning staff and evening bar staff were extremely kind and thoughtful. Everyone that works there went up and beyond to help. Our car broke down and we stayed one more evening and it was a blessing . This place is worth staying and the hospitality is beyond what ever you would expect.

Good location for a stop over stay on the way back to UK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Looks to be a brand new hotel, everything was in great condition, very clean and tidy. Negative points were that the bar was not open (not sure if it was just the night we stayed) and there seemed to be very limited number of staff. Secure car park was £15 per night, which is a bit steep (and there is no free alternative), plus the gate had to be opened manually by staff, which was a nuisance. Overall pretty good but not perfect, especially for the price we paid.

Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room. Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced.

Location is great to get into Reims, only a 15min walk. Secured parking is fantastic. Our room was good sized all looked new and fresh also had a kitchenette. On check-in the kids bedroom was not set up and this was still not done by the evening. The reception asked us to set it up ourselves since they were low on staff. We opened the sofa bed and bedding was there however the pillows had no pillowcases. On our pain bed two pillows had pillow cases and the other two were covered with a flat sheet. Very strange. We called to get us pillowcases and that was fine in the end. Black out rooms are great for sleep. The breakfast was good a variety of choices with pancakes as well as English breakfast. The gym was nice however as we walked in the smell of sweat was so strong we walked straight out and decided to go for a run outdoors instead which was nice running along the canal. Many walkers and runners as well as cyclists. We notified reception that the gym was not fit for use.

Great Hotel

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast too. Loads of parking available. We were too taken with Reims, but the hotel was lovely. I only said rating for eco friendly was terrible, because I don’t believe hotels like this can be eco friendly.
