The 1st fl. has open kitchen, dining, living room that overlooks heated pool, hot tub/spa, private har-tru tennis court, basketball hoop, adul/ child combo swing, and private park-like landscaping on over an acre of land. 1st fl. also has a Den and 2 Full bathrooms, and 2 large bedrooms. (One bdrm has a Queen bed, the other bdrm has 2 double beds with a futon.) upstairs has 2 additional large bdrms with queen and bathroom. Enjoy this landscaped compound all summer long! (Additional Lease to be signed)
