An outdoor shower is conveniently located by the pool, and there’s ample parking for up to three cars at the villa's entrance. The home features four bedrooms—two with en-suite bathrooms—plus one shared bathroom and a WC, and a Guest House with an additional living-kitchen area, bedroom, and bathroom. Accommodating up to 10 guests in real beds, with space for two additional guests—one on the sofa bed (0.90 x 2.00) in the common area of the main house, and one either on the sofa bed of the guest house or on a folding bed that can be placed in the twin bedroom, in one of the double bedrooms of the main house, or in the guest house—the villa comfortably hosts a maximum of 12 guests.
