"The property was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Overall the food was very good.
Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped."

"Excellent. We were a family of 3 and it ticked all of the boxes, aqua park, kids club, various pools (with very friendly lifegaurds), and beach, good selection of restaurants and a beach bar. Also a few Tavernas within walking distance and so you are not confined to the hotel."

"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely!
The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night.
We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"

"From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very welcoming host. He was always available whenever we had questions. The villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the pool quickly became the kids’ best friend throughout the holiday. The old town of Rethymno was just a 20-minute drive away. All in all, a perfect stay – Alexandros was the man with the big smile and always ready to help."

This property is absolutely stunning and perfectly situated in the old town of Rethymnon. A clean, modern suite that is well thought out. You can tell the owners spared no detail. I would 100% rebook this hotel. The receptionist is absolutely amazing and helpful. She makes an amazing breakfast and is so attentive to her guests. It's located in old town rethymno which is amazing. You dive immediately into the prettiest area in Rethymno and if you have any questions the receptionist will always help you with a smile. This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

We could not have been happier with our stay at Antica Dimora! The only negative we have is that we wish we stayed longer. Beautifully restored & preserved Venetian Palace! We had the room with a balcony overlooking the pool and church down the road and it could not have been more romantic!! We loved waking up to the bright blue skies and breathtaking view of the area. The canopy bed and accent lighting along the stone wall in the bedroom were also a beautiful touch. The hotel itself is...

Nautilux was great ! We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel location is perfect in reythmno. A nice stroll along the beach adjacent to all the stores , dining , bars etc. The Nautilus suite was spacious clean and direct view to the sea. Buffet was decent. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star buffet though. Drinks were 5 star however. Direct access to beach. Beach is sandy but becomes rocky once you’re in the water. Staff were great and friendly. Entertainment was a 3 out of 5 and not daily. Rooms...

We wanted a place to call home for the days we were on Crete. Vigla Suites was conveniently located in the central part of the island. The apartment felt like living in a home, not a hotel, for our days on the island. The space was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. I already told them we will book with them again when we return to Crete.

Superb stay at Veneto. Arrived early and asked for room with outdoor patio which was quickly taken care of. Room was gorgeous as is entire hotel.
Anastasia at the front desk is a gem and helped me with customs shipping label to send package to US, laundry service and many other things.
Restaurant was closed due to off-season but was able to get a bottle of wine as they have wine selections available and even wine tasting during peak season.
