Featuring a 24,5sqm salted pool, a jacuzzi, a cozy BBQ area and a ping-pong table this 2-storey villa can comfortably host up to 6 guests and guarantee them unforgettable memories while you enjoy its stunning scenery of Cretan mountains and Aegean sea.



INDOORS

This 145 sqm villa consists of two nicely decorated levels with tasteful modern style furniture so it can make your holidays ideal for families or group of friends!

On the ground floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc while a dining table separates it from the spacious living area which includes a satellite TV and a comfortable corner sofa. Moving forward you can find the first bedroom, featuring a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, blow-dryer and a washing machine. The bedroom as well as the living room have immediate access and views of the pool area.

On first floor there are two more bedrooms , one including a double bed while the other includes two single beds. There also two more bathrooms with a walk-in shower, as well as a small kitchen with a fridge. Each bedroom has access to a balcony were you can enjoy your coffee in the morning as you stare into the beautiful Cretan landscape. All spaces are fully airconditoned and free Wi-Fi is included, while all 3 bedrooms have smart satellite TVs.



OUTDOORS

It's beautiful outdoor area featuring a 24,5 sqm private salted pool , a bbq area , a ping pong table and a Jacuzzi are able to provide you moments of ultimate relaxation and fun, offering you the chance to bond with your loved ones and create memories you will remember forever. 6 sunbeds and 3 umbrellas provide you shadow as well as the shaded pergola near the pool where in its outdoor living room you can have your breakfast or work in your laptop using the free Wi-Fi which covers every space of the villa. Prepare your favorite meals in the Bbq while your children play safely in the swimming pool (1,40 depth).
