"No wine opener in room nor at front desk nor at bar. We had to throw our expensive bottle away. No water refilling stations. Ice machines on our floor and one floor up out of order. No robes in room. No plastic laundry bags in room. Had to move rooms at 8pm one night bc smoke detector faulty (not staff’s fault) but still a huge pain as we had numerous luggage’s while moving daughter out of dorm. We got only 2 free coffees for this big inconvenience. Upon checking out, the kind staff member did give us 1/2 off our last night which was appreciated. Front desk staff always friendly but have stayed in this hotel a few times and overall feel feels out of date and kind of dreary each time. Probably won’t stay here again. "

"I've stayed at a few different hotels in this small area. Sheraton's room was updated with more modern bathroom than some others with dated furniture and bathrooms. However, the wifi in the room was pretty non-existent. Also some others offer free coffee all day, which was not the case here. The room seemed clean, but it wasn't vacuumed as I found some leftover trash on the carpet. The bed was comfortable and the front staff was nice."

"Parking was great, room was clean, price was good. I forgot a medical device and they assisted with shipping it to me."

"The most impressive thing about the whole experience is how unbelievably clean the place was. That's the number one thing for me at least. The location was also perfect walking distance from where we wanted to go. Easily to get in and out. There was a small hiccup with the heating/air conditioning before we arrived but the communication was fast and accurate and she kept me in the loop of what was going on and offering me options if there was a problem. But the lay out of the apartment with the windows, had perfect air flow so it didn't affect us at all. Not to mention everyone was very respectful during quiet hours. Definitely on my list of places to stay again."

"Great location. Spacious. Bring an extension cord if you want to relax in bed or on the couch with a charging phone. Outlets are not placed well. Very nice and clean."
