The 4M Favorite House - Stunning & Spotless 2-Bed Apt (#3)

"The place was extremely clean and updated. There were two of us and I loved that each bedroom had its own full bath, which itself was spacious, although the front bathroom shower was small but did the job. Lots of fridge space. Checkin/out was seamless. I utilized the outdoor seating areas to read and appreciated having that option. Parking in back was appreciated but best for compact vehicles (there’s ample street parking right out front). Communication was fast and respectful.Both of us thought the decor was nice/minimalist, but also could use some warmth like plants or more comfort away from home. One minor issue seemed to be the mini-splits; they don’t seem to get that cold to truly cool the space off, moreso a smaller shift in temp. That being said, would definitely stay here again. Great location to campus and great spot to split with someone while also having some privacy."

"This was a good place to stay close to Ohio State University. Placed our reservation on line. The signs say Fairfield but once we got inside the desk clerk said welcome to the comfort Inn by Marriott. Very confusing. Cleanliness and upkeep of the property was fair at best. I think the upkeep was the biggest problem making it look less clean. It was a nice room and comfortable bed but the bathroom light was attached to the fan and it squealed for a long time after being turned on. Finally the squealing stopped so we left it on all night with the door closed. It was that or go into a totally dark bathroom. TV worked well as did the internet connection which was free. So not a bad stay, but not the best of Marriott."

"Highly recommend this property! We came for a graduation and the set-up was wonderful for each family group to have their own bedroom suite with bathroom. We then had plenty of common spaces to chat. The house has many amenities and plenty of parking. If you are traveling with older people , the house has 4 bedrooms on 1st floor that did not require many steps but there 2 sets of stairs to go to 2nd floor for kitchen/dining area to eat. There is sitting area on 1st floor that you could bring food down to them. Bedrooms near front of house have some traffic noise. It didn’t bother us but if you are sensitive to that they do provide noise machines. Very clean as well!"
