"The location is perfect! Right in the main touristic street but not in the middle of the action, which could be noisy in summer. Staff was always willing to help, but sometimes there is only one person taking care of the cafe and the front desk at the same time. Going back to Iceland, that's where I will stay."

"I was really impressed with your CityHosts. It was like having a concierge during my stay. They recommended a good late night place to get a sample of Icelandic cuisine and gave good instructions on how to get to the bus station. They were helpful with my pre-ordered breakfast and coffee, which was very good. Thank you for the gift of the quality breakfast cooler bag. The quality of the Pod and the linens was outstanding. The whole place felt so hushed and secure, very relaxing. The bathrooms and shower were meticulous. Very good experience."

"It was a lovely spot, a bit far from the downtown area but the breakfast and room were lovely. The bath in the shower didn’t work as expected, but we also didn’t call down so keep that in mind."

"Friendly staff, nice rooms, a little bit uncomfortable here and there's *pillows some of the blankets were way too warm with minimla ventilation* so hot sleepers like myself need to cool off throughout the night at times. Still a comfortable stay once the room cooled down to comfortable temperatures."
