Really nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was acceptable and so was the bar. Dinner at the Brassiere the first night was fantastic, mediocre the next night. I would book this hotel again.
It was a lovely spot, a bit far from the downtown area but the breakfast and room were lovely. The bath in the shower didn’t work as expected, but we also didn’t call down so keep that in mind.
We had a great time staying here! Our room was lovely and the staff were so great. They were able to get us into our room early, which we so appreciated after long travels the night before!
The property is beautiful. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant on the property. They took care to ensure ny dietary needs were accommodated (several food allergies). The room was clean, 2 comfortable twin beds.
Staff was helpful and stored our luggage after check out while we shopped prior to our late afternoon flight.
Lovely hotel that is close to downtown Reykjavik. Full restaurant, room are comfortable and clean, staff are helpful and they have free cookies in the lobby!!
Very modern looking place. However, the location was inconvenient without a car to get downtown. Therefore I missed seeing some of the sights. The breakfast was included and there was lots of selection. However, the food was always cold! Next time I would stay downtown within walking distance of the sights.
Room is clean during our stays. It is a very good location for day tours pickup. There's not much choice in hotel restaurant menus and a little bit too far to walk to downtown restaurants especially in a rainy and windy day.
Able to store luggage before and after my stay which was super helpful. Also location was close to downtown. Staff was courteous, informative and efficient.
Hotel is ok, not a great location, breakfast to very good. Front fest staff are awful, seems to be folks who hate the jobs... very rude.
Would not stay here again.
