"Not a proper airport hotel. 1. Before arriving I received two text messages and eventually a call via whatsapp to inquire about my arrival time. When I finally got there I understood why. The hotel is tiny. Rooms dont have numvers they are called ruby, gold and platinum. And the receptionist was planning his evening. 2. It is normal to chitchat during checkin. "Very easy location for Frankfurt flights— walk right to the terminal. We arrived in the early morning and added a day use rate for the day (8am -6pm) to our one night stay. It made life so much easier to hop off the plane and know a bed was waiting for us. Three hour nap and we were good to explore Frankfurt later that afternoon."

"Professional type hotel, but don't expect a Martini. There was no wifi in the room, just in lobby. Couldn't find TV remote. Took a chamomile tea from lobby at 3:00am and was scolded by night personnel. There was no sign. Otherwise excellant room and great breakfast. Place caters to conventions. Excellant gym/sauna. Excellant location near old town and Main river. Hoechst is cute. Enjoyed waterfront and old square with restaurants. Nice waterfront parks, Main river experience."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. I’m not giving the hotel a perfect score because there were no directions on how to find/located the shuttle services from the airport to the hotel. We landed at terminal 3 and were unable to find the pick up spot so we had no choice but to take a taxi which cost is 40 euros. Once we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the shuttle only leaves from terminal 1 but there is tram that goes from terminal to terminal. This should be mentioned."

"I was impressed with this Ibiz hotel and its team. Prior to my departure I contacted the hotel twice to inquire about the late check-out option and again to inform about my late arrival. The hotel staff was prompt with replying in less than 24 hours. When I arrived, the hotel staff already awaiting for me. They were extremely caring in helping me and my kids to settle in. I had reserved the family room. The beds were clean and well made. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and indeed cleaner than many high-mid range hotels in New York city (such as Hilton, Comfort Inn, etc.). The shuttle is very convenient and takes only 15 min to get to/from the airport. It runs every 45 minutes. The shuttle stops in Terminal -1, which is the main international terminal in Frankfurt airport. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel, especially because of how caring the hotel staff was. They really tried to meet all our needs and that impressed us. Thank you, Ibiz team. Will definitely come back again."
