"Not a proper airport hotel. 1. Before arriving I received two text messages and eventually a call via whatsapp to inquire about my arrival time. When I finally got there I understood why. The hotel is tiny. Rooms dont have numvers they are called ruby, gold and platinum. And the receptionist was planning his evening. 2. It is normal to chitchat during checkin. "Checkin happens with machines in the lobby, but because I did not feel like jumping through loops A staff member helped me a lot with it. It is weird if there is not a real reception feels more like a boarding house. But it worked out The room was clean and comfortable, nice furnishing for my single room. Breakfast very good. with robot Hey Lou collecting dirty dishes. Fun to watch and a good use for AI. Parking is available but the paid parking garage is recommended, cost 17euro. I believe there is a time limit for parking on the side of the street. Please check before leaving a car there. Overall nice stay, all I needed for the night before flying out from Frankfurt Airport."

"I was impressed with this Ibiz hotel and its team. Prior to my departure I contacted the hotel twice to inquire about the late check-out option and again to inform about my late arrival. The hotel staff was prompt with replying in less than 24 hours. When I arrived, the hotel staff already awaiting for me. They were extremely caring in helping me and my kids to settle in. I had reserved the family room. The beds were clean and well made. The room was very clean, the bathroom was clean and indeed cleaner than many high-mid range hotels in New York city (such as Hilton, Comfort Inn, etc.). The shuttle is very convenient and takes only 15 min to get to/from the airport. It runs every 45 minutes. The shuttle stops in Terminal -1, which is the main international terminal in Frankfurt airport. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel, especially because of how caring the hotel staff was. They really tried to meet all our needs and that impressed us. Thank you, Ibiz team. Will definitely come back again."
