Cool classic resort. Indoor pool. Supper Club type restaurant. Classic cabins. Rooms also available in the lodge. Family oriented and very quiet. Beach is great for small kids. Very shallow for a long way out. All in all a great summer resort on Lake Thompson.

Every time I've stayed here (4 or 5 times now) the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and the restaurant is just the best around. Everything is clean and convenient - I just love coming back to this place.

The resort was close to Pelican Lake (25 min drive) and clean. The resort is quite outdated. We checked in and went to the bar and no one was there. We hung out and left to dine at another restaurant. No extras in the shower for bathroom and the bed crowded to the middle. It met our needs but not for the price.

This was such a neat resort. Gift shop, restaurant, tennis, water activities, there was even a wedding ceremony and reception outside by the barn . Horse carriages. So cool. Right on Lake Thompson. It's nestled back in the woods with approximately 30 cabins for rent. Rooms were very nice. Great atmosphere, quite and quaint. Would definitely go back!

Great location in the woods by the lake. Central lodge area very convivial. We stayed in a lodge room rather than a cabin which was rather dated and a bit tired with uncomfortable bed. No housekeeping service during 4 night trip which I was not aware would be the case.

We didn't have chairs to sit outside our room but the other rooms did. They need different toilet paper. It was 1ply that shredded. Brought in alot of sand on our shoes and didn't have a way to sweep it up. Beautiful area to sit by the lake. Quiet and relaxing. Would stay there again.

Property could use some major updates. Room-floors gritty w sand. We had 3 rooms. All same. Bathroom doors very water damaged assuming from mopping. Hallway carpets stained Nd old. Building needs attention outside. Roof siding...we were willing to pay more to have restaurant and bar as on motorcycles we wanted those in case of rain. We did have rain and the restaurant was closed Friday and Saturday. Had we known that we would not have stayed so ask if u want those ameneties as we were not told weddings took them over.

Exceptional staff from the moment we walked in they made sure we knew where everything was and how to get around the property. It is an older property, built in the 70's, but it was very clean.

The resort is everything anyone could ask for , it in on a inland lake where you could bring your boat ,and fish or swim. There is tennis courts swiming pool weight room. The stall are great, and the food in the resterrant is really good.
