GPN Sunset House is designed for comfortable, easy-going holidays with plenty of space for families and friends. The villa features 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, both with double beds, while the third bedroom is set in the attic and includes one double bed plus a double sofa bed, making it ideal for extra guests or a more private sleeping area. After the bedrooms, guests will find 2 bathrooms, including one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor, both equipped with showers. The property also features an inviting living area with an exercise bike, a comfortable dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals throughout your stay. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private courtyard with BBQ, a heated jacuzzi for 5 people, outdoor dining area, seating areas and relaxing corners, creating the perfect setting for sunny days and peaceful evenings.

The villa is located in the Rodini area of Rhodes, a convenient residential neighborhood close to Rhodes Town. The nearest beach is Zefyros Beach, approximately 2 km away, near the new marina area. Local restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and supermarket can be reached within a short drive, around 1–2 km depending on the exact route. Rhodes city center and the Medieval Old Town are approximately 2–3.5 km away, making the property a great base for sightseeing, dining and evening walks. Rhodes International Airport is around 14 km from Rodini, with an estimated driving time of about 17–25 minutes.
