Family friendly hotel

Very good if you are travelling with kids! Lots of pools and waterslides. Staff was very helpful and special thanks to restaurant manager Michael who was always welcoming people and specially the kids liked him! The hotel itself had a bit 90's vibes but it didnt bother us. The food was good as well. The only minus was the plastic cups.

Great hotel for the price.

Great hotel for the price. Not 5 Star but you’re not paying 5 start prices. Food well cooked and a good choice at all meals, like all buffet meals some could be hotter but all eatable. Our room was basic but spacious, comfortable and near to all amenities which is what we asked for. With 3 pools none are too crowded but you do have to be early if you want a sunbed with some shade. The entertainment is ok but not great. Bingo costs either €5 or €10 euros but not money prizes just merchandise, Champagne or Spa treatments. All staff are friendly and helpful especially the two guys on reception and the two maître d’s in the restaurant. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning.

Enjoyed our time here and the staff were great. Hotel location is a little way from the beach but the free bus service worked well.

Family had a great time on the waterslides and in the pools. It was very hot when we stayed so this was very good. Food was fine. They changed it a little bit each day. Friendly staff. shuttle bus goes to a beach nearby regularly throughout the day. Easy to hire a car at hotel.

Perfekt family vacation

We are a family of five, the children are age 5. 7 and 10. We had a fantastic stay and it felt like a home away from home. We had a family superior Room. It was tidy and got cleaned every day. The standard of the room was very good, air condition worked perfectly and beds were cozy. The food was delicious, good variety. The whole staff was very friendly. The soul of the hotel was the enterainment team, Mike and Voula, what a great job they did. Me and my daughter got even a masage of Voula which was amazing! We had great 2 weeks and would definitely come back!

We stayed 5 days at this hotel. We were a family with 2 small children. The water park and the pools were nice. The staff was helpful. The food was with a good choice. The restaurant manager was very kind and friendly. I could see that the staff was very busy but still smiling at the guests. The parking is free and in the front of the hotel. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to the beach (sand and pebble beach). There is a bus stop in the front of the hotel. The bus goes to Rhodos town and also to Lindos. In general, we were enjoying the stay at this hotel.

The kitchien staff was very helpfull (part of our family have celiace allergy ) i answered a gluten free they tried to help me how much they can but not too much ,in general in Rohdos there is no awernse to this topic But in other side in the hotel every thing u need u have to pay for it ,no towel in the pool u should pay for that ,no coffe bar in the room ,rooms small, in general we were disappointed from the hotel, the cleaning in area of the pool bar wasn't good,too much flies....

Veldig bra basseng og veldig god mat. Litt gammelt og slitt hotell. Veldig harde senger og dårlig renhold på rommene. Fikk konsekvent kun 2 nye håndklær når vi var 4 stk på rommet. Veldig bra animation team.

Siisti ja kiva hotelli

Yleisesti ottaen olimme tyytyväisiä tähän hotelliin. Hotellin ja huoneen (perhehuone) yleisilme oli siisti. Aamupala oli ok, olisimme kaivanneet siihen monipuolisemmin vihanneksia (esim. kurkkua). Päivällinen ei ollut kovin monipuolinen mutta ihan ok ja illallinen oli sitten hyvä ja monipuolisempi. Altaalla sai päivän mittaan myös hampurilaisia, ranskalaisia ja kalapuikkoja sekä juotavat. Aurinkotuoleja ja tilaa oli riittävästi ja tyttäremme viihtyi päivät pitkat vesiliukumäissä. Olisimme kaivanneet huoneeseen kansion hotellin kaikista palveluista.

Δυστυχώς η διαμονή μας δεν ήταν ευχάριστη. Με το που μας έδωσαν το δωμάτιο είχε μέσα μυρμήγκια, και όταν τους το είπαμε, μας είπαν ότι είσαι στη φύση, οπότε τους φάνηκε λογικό να έχει μυρμήγκια μέσα το δωμάτιο. Μετά επίσκεψη στο εστιατόριο, πρωινό, μεσσιμεριανο και βραδυνο,σχεδόν κάθε μέρα τα ίδια με ελάχιστες διαφορές, όσο για τη ποιότητα κάτω του μετρίου,όλα νοσοκομείακα και άσχημα μαγειρεμένα. Αναγκαστικαμε να φάμε αρκετές φορές έξω. Μετά βόλτα στη πισίνα, η οποία βρωμαγε χλώριο από μακριά, μούχλα γύρω γύρω, και από κατω η πισίνα να ξεφλούδιζει, ποιος ξέρει από ποτέ έχει να γίνει καθαριότητα. Ενας νεαρός καθάριζε το πρωί τη πισίνα τα πολλά πολλά, αλλά κ πάλι δεν ήταν επαρκή. Δωμάτια τα οποία κόντευε να βγει το ξύλο από τη πόρτα,Σερβιτόροι στο εστιατόριο κάτι μικρά παιδάκια κανένας επαγγελματίας και κάθε βράδυ ακουγόταν ο υπεύθυνος που ούρλιαζε στα μικρά παιδάκια να δείξει τη '' δύναμη'' του και τη θέση του. Στην ουσία πληρώσαμε ένα all inclusive ξενοδοχείο και ούτε φαΐ τις προκοπής βρίσκαμε ούτε την υποτιθέμενη πισίνα χαρήκαμε. Γενικά μας έδωσε την εντύπωση ένα ξενοδοχείο παρατημένο στη μοίρα του. Κακή επιλογή γενικά δε το συνιστούσα.

Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zwar etwas vom Strand entfernt, jedoch kostenloser Shuttle vorhanden. Verschiedene Strände ansonsten am besten mit Leihwagen zu erreichen. Vor allem die Rutschen für Kids, insgesamt 3 Pools vorhanden in der Anlage ein kleines Geschäft vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Eerder een goed 3 sterren hotel, dan een 4sterren hotel, de all inn drank keuze is beperkt, alles in plastieken wegwerp bekers, alsook in de namiddag de koffie. Buffetten eentonig, maar wel lekker, vanaf 21u ggen snack of eten te verkrijgen, alsook niet bij laat inchecken na 21u s avonds.

La struttura è di recente costruzione, la mia camera era nel palazzo 7, veniva pulita ogni giorno ma poteva esser fatto meglio ma comunque non era sporca. Aria condizionata ottima, frigo ottimo, doccia perfetta. Il cibo è buono e vario ci sono dei piatti fissi come i contorni unica cosa quasi tutto contiene cumino o in generale è speziato. I dolci di pranzo e cena sono abbastanza cattivi mentre a colazione sono buoni a differenza del salato che è buono a pranzo e cena ma non a colazione. La colazione e un po' monotona. Se siete vegani o vegetariani Ve lo sconsiglio c'è una quantità di carne esagerata opzioni vegane in pratica 0 qualcosina di vegetariano ma poco. Pur essendo onnivora dopo una settimana non ne potevo più. Le piscine vengono pulite ogni giorno e ho sempre trovato posto in tutte anche in pieno giorno. Un plauso grandissimo va ai dipendenti, sono delle macchine. Si fanno un mazzo enorme e hanno una professionalità fuori dal comune. Il primo giorno mi mancavano delle asciugamani e mi sono state fatte recapitare all'immediato e per i giorni successivi mi hanno riempito. Uguale al ristorante, nonostante la ressa e che non stiano un attimo fermi quando mio figlio a chiesto una cosa il cameriere ha girato tutta la sala per portarglielo. Personale assolutamente da 5 stelle e pure più. Se volete visitare l'isola vi consiglio di noleggiare un auto. Proteste farlo in aeroporto ma anche in hotel oppure ci sono autonoleggi raggiungibili a piedi nei dintorni.

Je trouve c’est avoue t’as Bliss m’en correct mets un peu élevé pour le tarif étant donné la qualité des produits utilisés. Néanmoins le personnel est très gentil et très respectueux et l’hôtel propose des animations intéressantes le soir et des services plutôt complet. L’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui veulent visiter cette partie de Lille mais pas pour ceux qui veulent être près de la ville ou du centre-ville. Hôtel familial adaptés aux enfants
