Eine optische Täuschung
Von aussen sah das Hotel einladend aus. Auch die Lobby schien einen guten Eindruck zu vermitteln, das Frühstück war trotz täglicher Wiederholungen gut und auch die Personalleiterin Marika war sehr nett am Empfang. Sie hatte stets ein offenes Ohr und klärte Unklarheiten und Auskünfte telefonisch ab, was man jedoch vom übrigen Personal nicht erwarten konnte. Spätestens im Zimmer selber angekommen, bekam man den Rest des wahren Bildes zu erkennen. Die Vorschaufotos des Zimmers mit Meerblick wurden in einem sehr tiefen Winkel aufgenommen um die Kilometer lange Hauptstrasse zwischen dem Hotel und des Strandes zu verbergen. Dazu kommen die Baustellen mit abgebrochenen Häusern auf der eigenen Strassenseite. Das Zimmer würde angeblich 3 x in der Woche gereinigt werden jedoch waren die Putztage individuell aufgeteilt und die verrichtete Arbeit bezog sich gerade mal auf gelegentliches nachfüllen von Toilettenpapier und Duschtücher sowie das leeren des Abfalls. Die Bettwäsche wurde nur zusammengefalltet und es wurde weder gewischt noch wirklich gereinigt. Das Badezimmer verfügte über mehrere Risse an der Wand der Badewanne wobei kleine Krabbler während dem Duschen rauskrochen. Der undichte und mit der Kopfhalterung nicht kompatible Duschkopf sorgte für Wasserpfützen am Boden. Neben der Meersicht, enthielt das Angebot einen kostenlosen Wireless Empfang, welcher aber nur in der Hotellobby funktionierte. Was wiederum keinen Sinn machte. Alles in allem darf man kein 3 Sterne Hotel erwarten.

Nice hotel with friendly staffs
The hotel staffs were lovely. The room was spacious however found the bed too hard and uncomfortable. Loved the downstairs facilities specially the bar is open all night and prices are very reasonable. Although they need to improve the quality of the breakfast. Overall it was a pleasure staying there and will come back soon.

...meglio in tenda...!
Non sono stato collocato in hotel come da prenotazione,ma in un mini appartamento. Non era presente il bidet ,la vasca,la tv,il letto matrimoniale richiesto in sede di prenotazione 5 mesi prima ,il phon e neanche una tenda a protezione della doccia...Una vergogna!

duktiga, snälla, hlälpsama.
inte dålig hotell men renovering krävs. maten så där.men inte dåligt. två gånger vi titade på koncert, det var jättebra. personalen jättesnäll säskild mäneger. vi gillade mycker. de har transfer till olycka fina strander. jag recomendera hotellet. bra for price.
