"Very disappointed!. We feel cheated. When looking to book, the picture shows the Kaype Hotel on the see front, BUT when booking the room, the room description comes up as Kaype - Quintamar which is NOT the same! After booking and paying the non refundable room rate, we got a email, saying not to expect a see view or balcony, as we were booked into the annex (this should have been explained before we booked).They make out it’s an annex at the rear of the hotel, but the reality it’s another hotel...

"La atencion de Laura fue exelente, nos oriento al llegar y siempre estubo atenta, el cuarto era amplio, el desayuno que se sirve estilo bufett es todo con ingredientes frescos. Si volviera lo elegiría nuevamente. Gracias "
