"Booked 2 cottages for a 50th birthday celebration. 1 of the cottages the plates were filthy and there was a musty smell. The other cottage we kept getting locked out and having to get management out to open the door. We went for an evening meal and waited over 1 hour for the food to come and when it did the food wasn't great. The beer battered fish was so oily and the rump steak was the smallest piece of meat I've ever seen. Then when we checked out the receptionist asked how our stay was. When we told her about some of our issues she was so rude."
