We stay here for one night every year as we head north to fish. The rooms are immaculate, the beds very comfortable and hotel is well-maintained including a great breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Check in and out staff were very nice. Room was average room but bathroom was dirty. Sink had spit in it, toilet seat had pee on the seat, tub had left over soap in from previous person. I just hoped the sheets were clean. If it was not so late, I would have asked for a different room. I had stuff to clean so I cleaned the bathroom prior to using. I did let the staff know and showed pictures when I checked out but only received an apology - A credit would have been nice. Breakfast is nothing special just pancakes, mini muffins and yogurt all Great Value brand. Wanted to go in the pool but the chorine was so strong it hurt our eyes just being in a few minutes. I guess you get what you pay for.

Room had a bad odor and tv wasn’t working I figured the hdmi was unplugged . Towels smelled . The jacuzzi and pool was clean . Breakfast was no good just had the waffle maker and coffee . I typically don’t complain if I’m just staying just to sleep but I ended up leaving a night early headed back on the road

EconoLodge in Rice Lake was a very pleasant overnight stay. Check-in was easy and fast. Our room was very clean, attractive AND QUIET!! Very spacious and sunlit breakfast area which was clean and set up very well. We would definitely stay again.

Night check in clerk was very kind and helpful. Breakfast good. Room was not clean: top spread had brown stains ( which clerk exchanged), no shampoo in dispenser ( we were told that would be filled the next day, never happened) remote and room phone filthy, mold on bathroom ceiling, beds lumpy, no fresh towels next day. We have stayed here in the past and always found it charming. Not this time!! Won’t return.
