Excellent stay for families!

What a fantastic hotel and staff. We had plenty of space. My family said, "Wow!" multiple times as they walked through the kitchen, living room and bathroom. We were so impressed with the surrounding area. What a nice place to stay. We highly recommend. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was outstanding!! We will plan on stopping again as we travel south from NY.

Stay at this property one night for a volleyball tournament. Check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Studio w/ a King bed. It was a very nice room complete with a sitting/work area and a full kitchen. Only draw back (to me), the hotel’s cable was out. Not good during NFL Playoff Weekend. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and would stay at this property again.

We stayed a week as our RV had warranty work done. We loved the hotel and area. The grill was fun to use. The staff were all so kind and helpful. We felt bad for the staff for all the messes other guests left around the pool, courtyard and breakfast areas.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Check-in was at 3, however we got there at 1 and the staff was able to let me check-in early. Everything was exactly how the pictures looked online. I will definitely stay here anytime I am in Virginia. I was extremely happy with my decision to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful new hotel, with lots of lobby space to hang in. Continental breakfast was good. They held $120 for incidentals, which I thought was a bit high. Besides that, it was a lovely stay.

Recommend to All Families

The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful when it came to accommodations for our room and assisting us during breakfast when we were getting our twins in the high chair. We did not get to enjoy all the amenities but the fire pit and pool were pretty cool. They also have a basketball court which is not common at any hotel. A+ Experience

Front Desk Short Staffed

Nice property, good location near food options. Clean and welcomes pets. Only issue was we waited for front desk staff to show up for nearly 15 minutes. She was helping a guest on one of the floors. Only had one staff on that evening when checking in.

Property seems fairly new. The grounds are cleanly and very convenient to shopping. My biggest downside is it is a pet friendly hotel without a designated pet floor. Residents without pets are intermingled on the same floor with those with pets. Nice property but not sure I would stay there again for that reason!!

Guests who have pets shouldn’t have other hotel guests on either side of their rooms unless the non-pet owning guest agrees to be next to a room with a pet. We experienced a barking dog when it was left alone and the owner went to dinner.
