This hotel is clean and is located in a place where getting around the city was easy. Everywhere we needed to go was within a 15 minute drive.The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome new hotel very clean good breakfast buffet, conveniently located. Short Pump mall 15 minutes drive. Many Restaurants and fast food choices nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Front desk staff very friendly.

I found my home away from home. Our son goes to UR and it took us 4 hotels to end up here. Walking in on Friday after driving 7 hours was like a warm hug, super inviting and warm with the fireplace on and Raven greeting us with a pleasant smile and hospitality. This exactly how you want to feel when you arrive. The Residence Inn has gained loyal customer for the next 3 years and I will recommend it to all.

Definitely loved the hotel but as a night shift Healthcare worker it's extremely noisy during the day when I need to sleep and to top it off a Fire Alarm went off while I was there (NEVER had that happened before) It's a lovely place but not for me with work. I think all hotels should give Healthcare Services a discount!

It started off scary. I was running late & everytime id call theyd say hold on, put me on hold & then hang up! After getting through and making it there- it was the prettiest hotel ive been in other than Vegas. Staff professional communicators and appearance.

Great hotel

Great hotel! Our room was spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable. It, and the rest of the hotel, were very clean and nice. The breakfast that was included in the price was typical in terms of offerings, but everything seemed fresh, was tasty and it was well-stocked. My only complaint is that they need more parking. When we returned to the property around 11:30 p.m., the only remaining parking spots were for EVs, which our vehicle is not. However, when I informed the person at the desk of the situation, he said it was okay for us to park there. So that was a minor glitch in an otherwise very enjoyable stay. We'd definitely stay there again!

The hotel is really new and pretty. The staff was very friendly and helphelpful. We checked in around 730pm and was in our room for about 20 min when my wife dropped her medication on the floor and noticed some trash under the couch so we called the front desk and the young lady apologized and quickly got us another room she even inspected it before she sent us there. Other than this hotel is wonderful. Nice convenient area to everything. Great precautions for Covid 19. I would definitely return even with the small hiccup.
