This hotel was absolutely wonderful and in a perfect location. The Front desk was kind and very helpful on everything level . The room was very quiet and clean — I loved the hotel. The Valet service especially Angel was extremely helpful, kind and courteous and was the best part of my stay at the Berkeley. It’s the small details that matter and valet service like Angel makes the difference in a hotel stay. The Berkeley hotel is my hotel for all my trips to Richmond and make sure to ask for Angel — he is one of the best !!!

There were some renovations going on but it was still nice and relatively quiet. It was convenient walk to the event we were attending, as well as to restaurants. Cute little area of Richmond.
