The place is a dump, but there's no other place to stay if you're seeing the NP! The shower is HOT and the toilet flushes, usually w/out a lot of noise, so you could stand it for a couple of nights! Convince Store and restaurant are good. Staff is / are just ok.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room and grounds are in poor shape. For example, there were no hand towels, wash cloths or shampoo in the room. In addition, the hallway floors and stairs were dirty, stained and ridden with trash. In the fitness room, one of the treadmills was broken and the weight machine was broken and unusable. I would not return to this hotel and would not recommend it to other travelers.
