Had an issue with the shower that required repair. Shower head was broken and spraying water everywhere. Tried to call staff but phone didn’t work. Went to office and they sent someone over quickly, thankfully. However when I asked for a discount for the trouble I was told that they fixed it so it was no longer an issue. I understand that things happen but paying the same price for soaking my change of clothes and the entire bathroom plus spending 30 minutes dealing with their issue on my vacation seemed unfair. Additionally when the fixed the shower they tracked dirt/mud all over the room since everything was wet and I had to clean it up or walk on it all night. I would have been happier if they were at least apologetic. The bed was uncomfortable and the pool was out of service. Would not recommend this place.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. He let me check in early and he also fixed my TV remote as soon as I asked him to. The room was very clean. Also the TV was bigger than I expected. And the heater in the bathroom was a nice touch because when I stayed here it was cold and rainy outside. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Ridgecrest.
