"Hotel not bad at all. Very comfortable. Wellness area is very pleasant. The one thinng that let it down was amenities. I arrived Sunday evening very tired. Used the spa area briefly before it closed. By the time I got to the restaurant just after 8 the kitchen was closed. Being Sunday also nothing open in town. No bottles of water in the room - arguably the tap water should be good but still. So I ended up eating at the local kebab shop which was the only choice and tobe fair wasn't the worst. Basically accepting that it's off season and late on a Sunday I would have still liked to have a bit more options at the hotel. Water in"

"Wir hatten einen tollen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub bei Familie Maaß. Elisabeth war zu jeder Zeit für Wünsche oder Fragen da. Unseren Kindern hat besonders die Nähe zu den Tieren gefallen. Sie durften füttern, striegeln, Eier sammeln.Die Unterkunft ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!"

A special mention goes to Matthew from the restaurant service, who was exceptional. He was always kind, helpful, friendly, and greeted us with a genuine smile. His warm nature and attentive service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Matthew is a real asset to the property, and we truly appreciated his hospitality. "The hotel is very unique - a jungle theme in Austria! The hotel still feels very new, the apartments are well equipped and very spacious. The spa and pool area is perfect for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. We got a free summer card with our stay which was unexpected and saved us a lot of money. We got free access to Area 47 swim area (17 mi so away), which was a highlight our boys"

"This place is next level. Bath robes and sandals. Heaven. Just reading the amenities list sounds like a mini theme park. And it delivers!!! The pools are by far the best attraction in the summer. Indoor or outdoor, you can take your pick. But so tranquil and relaxing. And a pool that has a cave with a jacuzzi on top is not over exaggerating. The meals are fantastic as well. You walk in to dinner or breakfast and the smells pull you in. Then the spread and flavor make it amazing. And those little phyllo danish’s are delightful. The rooms are super nice as well with a separate sitting area. The location is great. The grocery store is right across the street. Definitely check out the Wally Blitz ride down the street 10 minute walk. The Lechweg trail is only 10 minutes walk from here as well. Only bummer here is no microwave. But most visitors opted for meals in the dining room."

"Staff were super friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent facilities (pool, sauna(s!), steam room, gym). Food was always plentiful, great quality and varied. Top hotel with some awesome skiing closeby."
