"Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen NICHT! Erwarten manche Leute von einem einfachen Hotel ohne Sterne vielleicht ein 5*-Hotel. Mein Mann und ich sind sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, uns wurde alles erklärt. Wir durften am Folgetag sogar das Auto noch eine Weile nach dem Auschecken auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz des Hotels lassen, damit wir uns die Stadt bzw. die Fußgängerzone, in der sich das Hotel befindet, anschauen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen...

"We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. By bike it was a quick cycle into the centre of town where we found a bakery, grocery store and a lovely park. "

"The staff were spectacular -very helpful and kind. Room was clean, and modern. Lobby was nice. Easy walk to town and train station with a small grocery store at the other end of the parking lot. Shower was not easy to climb into and wouldn’t work for tall people. Also, the temperature control was confusing and didn’t seem to change the temperature no matter how we changed it. Still- I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend it."

"Arriving by train had to ask how to get to hotel as having NO working handy coming from oversees . The access to hotel very steep and a challenge using a walker (rollator), however it was very nice of the receptionist/manager backing down a car to manage the steep hill, although there are 45 steps to use. Later on enjoying a beer/wine in the very quiet lobby using the rocking chairs. To explore Meissen, we used a taxi from hotel - called by staff - to the Dom and from there a sight seeing bus...
