"The staff were completely welcoming and having a restaurant on site was very beneficial. The only issue I had was that we were told that breakfast was not included in outlet stay, but we quickly pointed out using the Expedia app, that yes, we paid for that. Every time that I went in for breakfast, I had to show the Expedia confirmation- this was annoying because the check in person told us that this would be communicated in the. The hotel told us that the issue was with the booking agency, so Expedia was the issue. Other than that, the overall staff was very nice particularly the Chef and Lizwe, along with a tall gentleman that greeted all the guests upon arrival. The security at the hotel is another great thing, along with the convenience of a free shuttle to the airport."

"Very spacious, clean and very well equipped quiet room. The restaurant on the first floor is really good. Only issue we encountered is the very late shuttle service to the hotel from the airport."

"Everything is really good including the price but getting from the arrivals hall to the hotel is difficult. I definitely needed some locals help and when I asked how far to walk, three separate people working there - at different times when I asked - said “Shheewww”. I.e. it’s a fair walk especially with bags etc. All in all, great value for money if you can deal with 500+ metre walk up and and escalators, walkways, around bends, etc.."

"Our room was large and contained a corner desk separated by decoratively lit wall. The room contained a luggage room. It was very convenient to access the suitcase and have it out of sight. The staff were very polite and went out of their way to accommodate us. The check-in lady was simply magical! Breakfast was filling and wonderful."
