The Blu was an easy walk across the bridge, but a major hotel near the airport should provide a shuttle to and fro, for the convenience. Otherwise a nice pleasant stay.

Service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel spa was disappointment though, because it was quite expensive (15€/person/2 hours) and in the shower there was only soap. No shampoo or conditioner. In the spa, there was one swimming pool. It would better, if the spa would include the price of the hotel room. In the hotel room, there was everything you needed, including shampoo, conditioner, skin lotion, water bottles, tea and coffee. Hotel had many Relax Time -massage chairs, which was nice. Thank you for the good service in our vacation!

The room with the city view was amazing and being near to the old town (on foot) was a good option. One could see tbe old town from the window , the experience is worth it. The facilities at the hotel were amazing. The room aas clean and tidy. The location is also amazing as it is closer to the airport and easy to get there even with the public transport.

From outside this hotel looks like it hasn’t been maintained for decades. Inside it is much better. Be aware that you have to 15€ to use the fitness room (and pool).

The photos are very deceiving. This hotel is very, very old. It was very clean but the rooms were so depressing. €15 to use the pool and gym only open 8am to 9pm, not convenient for before or after work. I would say they make the best of what they can in the rooms but the “artwork” was a photo of a dilapidated building…. Life imitating art.

Had a very enjoyable stay

I cannot fault the cleanliness, service or situation of the hotel but my room was dated in decor and only offered feather duvets and pillows of which i am allergic though i did find 1 non feather pillow. But i had a very lovely stay here. The menu was limited but the food was of high quality

The executive room with view on the river is very nice. Beds are very comfortable, some improvements could be made in the use of the available products (shampoo, soap). It would be nice to have them in an eco-friendly packaging for exemple.

We booked family room for four. the room was supposed to br ready 14.00 we were late and came 10.88 but still had to wait 1hr to get room. Room was supposed to have bed for four person but the room only had bed for three. extra bed didn´t get, there weren´t enough towels and slippers we asked for many time didn´t get it. This was first and last time we staying in Radisson hotel. for a 4 star hotel thisis very bad. My expectations werehigh for this hotel because of reviews but my experience was bad.

Renovate-me please...

The Bad: Its an old hotel that needs to be renovated. Everything is old and from the 80s-90s. The bathroom was pretty bad, no vanity to place your items on, just a freestanding sink and visible pluming everywhere. I dont remember to have seen such an outdated and worn out bathroom in a hotel. This was lower than Hostel level. The TV was from about 2004, very small flat screen and it was so far away form the bed that it was hard to watch. It was also screwed down to the table to you couldnt move it, dont know why, cause nobody would steal that crap. The good: Everything was very clean and the staff nice. Lots of free extras around, like shampoos, slippers robes etc. The view was amazing. Definitely worth getting a room facing the river.

Stayed two nights. Room was not cleaned or made up after being at work all day. Endless lineups at reception with lack of staff. Poorly equipped tables in resto. Staff will not bring anything to rooms if requested, for example extra glasses cutlery. Had to clean my own room and toilet. Overall, unpleasant stay.
