Perfect location and great rooms

Great hotel with perfect location. Spacious, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Very quiet despite busy street nearby. Great spa. Only minus is the breakfast room is located in the cellar with no view and it is a bit small.

Great location. Close to bus top and old centre. However the hotel is not the best. It's perfectly ok, but I found it inconvenient and uncomfortable. For example, I arrived at 2:15pm I could not check in. There was no window on the rooms dn I fiu d it very hot. The spa was an extra charge even though its featured in the pictures. Just did not mert my expectations.

The location of this hotel is excellent. The bus 22 from the airport came to very close to the hotel and bus ticket was only 1.81€ per person. Many restaurants, attractions and shopping centers were just in a few minutes walking distance. The breakfast in the hotel was good as well as our room on the 8th floor. It might be a bit noicy befause of the traffic on lower floors? We really enjoyed our 3 days visit.

The hotel is just on the outer edge of the old town close to both the train & bus station. The breakfast is full & varied. The room was fine. The issue I have is I booked for 3 nights yet the accessories are restocked. The toilet paper is tiny rolls that I had to go out in the hall to replace myself. If you stay 1 night you get 2 bottles of water which is all you get for 3 nights. Explain?

The check in process went smooth. The room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice. The only major issue we had was the restaurant in this hotel. Room service was listed both on the hotel website and the room brochure as closing at 9 pm. The first night of our stay, we called at 7:30 pm only to be told they were already filling an order for 2 large groups of people. The next night we called at 7:00 and was told they were closing soon and no room service was available. That was a huge disappointment.

Location was perfect. Near by bus, train and tram stations. The superior room was suitable for three people The room had air conditioning *There were sounds from the street but they didn't bother us much *We spent 5 days in the hotel. The room could have been cleaned a little better during that time *The bathroom sink was cracked and water was leaking onto the floor -One of the elevators was out of order for five days. Only one elevator worked. -The breakfast room was small compared to the number of customers. At 8 am to 10 am it was difficult to get a free table.

The spa experience was the highlight, very professional personnel and cosmetologist. I can truly recommend the treatment packages! The hotel personnel was very helpful and accommodating, they made my stay comfortable. The restaurant operations were little disappointing. One evening I called 30 min before the closing time, asking for something to eat. I obviously knew they were closing but I could have settled for a small salad, a sandwich...but they couldn't accommodate me. My last evening I went there one hour before closing and this time they could not service me because of a large group coming in. Maybe they were understaffed? All in all, a great stay!

Great location. Close to the bus station and central market and within walking distance to main attractions. Room overall was good, although carpet was not vacuumed and still had nuts on the floor. The room was quiet though and great blackout curtain during long summer days. I had good sleep. However, the front desk ladies seem to be very busy and couldn’t really handle the workload, especially during check in and check out hours. And when one lovely lady was trying to help me, the other one (older and short hair) started yelling at her. Not very professional in front of guests regardless whether guests know the language or not. The older lady’s attitude seem to be quite selective - very polite and full of jokes when it comes to male guests, but not so much with female guests. Given that no early check in or late check out, Guests could leave their luggages in their luggage room for free but the hotel doesn’t check anything, everyone could walk in and out of the luggage room- didn’t feel safe to leave my suitcase there especially the hotel is in the busy area of town and lots of people come in and out all the time.

Very lovely hotel only a short walk away from the old town. Rooms are well sized and very quiet, beds comfy and staff friendly. The spa was a nice added touch, too.
