"The room was extremely dirty and things were out of place. The beds were extremely hard and felt like you were sleeping on thin padded concrete. The elevator smelled like puke and the room smelled like mildew and smoke. I ended up cancelling the rest of our stay even though I had to forfeit part of my payment. We just could not stay there anymore."
